I still have not received the item and the tracking info says the address is incomplete (it is not, I’ve provided the same address to Amazon * times in the last two weeks and all packages arrived). I ordered this item for use in Vancouver and I am leaving Jan *. Right now it says it won’t arrive until dec **. This is not expedited. The item is now on sale at your store. I need to change the entire delivery address to a new province at this point so not sure how the **** to proceed.

What happened: I contacted customer service back in late October and again in November. I have emails telling me to send the coat in question back for a bigger size. After having my college daughter package and pay $** for shipping size XS back for a medium we received the exact coat back saying it had been more than *** days. NO this should have been done before that date. We got some wrinky dink letter with my name half on sticker and half not saying this. The number on this letter is *********. I called before this happened hold time *** minutes and the second time just yesterday *** minutes and both time put m y callback number in to NO AVAIL...Please fix this all we want is the exact coat in a Medium. The original order number is ********. Please advise as to how you will want the old shipped back at no cost to me and send the replacement. Thanks so much...
