I placed my order on December 20th. It was shipped on the 21st, and the ETA was on the 29th. The website provided tracking but it wasn't updated at all since they shipped my package through USPS, not UPS. I had to go the the USPS website to track my package.

I received the items later than the ETA on the 31st. I expected the delay because of the holiday rush and COVID19, and the extra two day wait wasn't bad at all. I was a little worried because of the bad reviews on this site, but thankfully I received my order.

having had v bad experiences with lots of companies esp online, it's always great to come across one that gives great service, including Ellis Brigham, Berghaus and now Columbia.
Great products and even better customer service.
I ordered a Rainscape waterproof, great jacket, good bargain, arrived promptly, frindly efficient courier, kept informed online all time, v quick order/invoice confirmation.
Having encountered overseas sizing, esp Asian, I ordered an extremely large one just in case; turns out Columbia's sizing is accurate, so it was too big.
I rang the customer care no expecting to have to go through endless hoops, endless confusing options, ending up speaking to a machine & getting nowhere, but no - bliss!
I was connected extremely quickly to an efficient, v helpful & friendly real human being who listened carefully - rare these days - solved the issue by organising a courier collection from my home so I could return said jacket, advised me about ordering a replacement in a smaller size, checked it was in stock, forwarded me all the neccessary forms etc, all in the space of a few minutes despite the fact she was speaking from France!

And she was friendly & helpful at the same time!
Courier arrived exactly as arranged & confirmed, frindly, efficient & helpful too.
I went on to order replacement waterproof and another jacket also a bargain, kept informed up to date.
Thank you to Anais and UPS courier; coming across these excellent people & companies - including Berghaus, Ellis Brigham, & non-outdoor wine suppliers Majestic Wine - helps restore my fading faith in good service!

My family and I like their jackets. These are the best sports jackets. Easy to care. Easy to wear. Easy to store. They are convenient for any season.
